You will receive a quest called Tora’s Secret Stash, which simply tasks you with awakening the new Blade from the pretty Core Crystal that Tora gave you to add them to your party.
After opening the in-game menu (+ Button), select Blades and then Bond Blade, before choosing the character that you want MOMO to bond with, to then let them resonate with the Pretty Core Crystal.
