You may be wondering how to change your outfit in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl. Not only is there the Platinum Style Outfit as an early purchase bonus, but there is actually a new Metronome Style Shop where you can buy more clothes.
The Metronome Style Shop is located in Veilstone City, replaces the Game Corner building from the original Nintendo DS games and is “a unique boutique offering the latest and greatest Trainer fashions.
Walking through its doors beneath the Clefairy-clad neon sign, you will be met with a store packed with new clothing to peruse. There’s a man shocked that the t-shirts with a Clefairy pattern have sold out, but approaching the counter you will have three options in “I’d like to shop,” “Change my style” or “Nothing.”
These options are hopefully self-explanatory, but the first will let you check out and buy the outfits that the Metronome Style Shop has on sale. Those outfits are:
- Pikachu Hoodie Style: 8,500 PokéDollars
- Overalls Style: 21,000 PokéDollars
- Eevee Jacket Style: 98,000 PokéDollars
- Gengar Jacket Style: 98,000 PokéDollars
- Cyber Style: 45,000 PokéDollars
- Winter Style: 50,000 PokéDollars
- Spring Style: 34,000 PokéDollars
- Casual Style: 86,000 PokéDollars
- Leather Jacket Style: 120,000 PokéDollars
The second option will let you select which outfit you want your Trainer to wear, which, at this point in time, should let you choose between the Everyday Style, Platinum Style and Summer Style. Once you have chosen which to change into, you can close the menu and your character will be dressed in their new attire.
