Smosh Games return with Honest Game Trailers, their tongue-in-cheek series tackling Fire Emblem.
That touches on western familiarity with the strategy RPG series largely coming from Marth, Ike and others appearing in Super Smash Bros., and that the evolution over the years has seen it transition into an anime-style relationship sim.
That inevitably mocks disappointment that the petting minigame mechanics in Fire Emblem Fates were cut for the western release, while ridiculing how the battle animations have increasingly become somewhat over the top with each successive iteration.
Fire Emblem Fates is now available in North America and Japan, with a European launch date still to be confirmed.
