Revulo Games has announced that its roguelike action-shooter Maze Blaze will soon release on Nintendo Switch.
You will be challenged to enter procedurally generated alien-infested mazes, in which you must gun down anything that stands between you and the exit. With randomised enemies and items, no corner that you turn will be the same as the last – with progressively tougher foes and modifiers scattered in each maze that can augment your abilities and firepower.
The more mazes that you overcome, the more stuff that you will unlock – presenting the chance to mix and match your newfound powers and weapons to dive ever-deeper into the game’s different modes.
The developer has outlined the game’s key features as below:
- An Endless Maze of Possibilities – The gameplay is simple but the depth can be as complex as you want. Randomly generated mazes, enemies, and items make every playthrough its own, unexpected experience.
- Play Your Way – Clearing levels and bosses, or fight through endless waves of mazes. On your own or with a friend. How you play is your own choice.
- A Spectacle of Color – Take in a hyper-stylized, neon-colour emblazoned Roguelike experience with captivating visuals that are stunning to look at yet never feel too overwhelming.
Maze Blaze will release digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 6th October 2022.
