Good Smile Company Producing Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Pyra Figure

Good Smile Company and Max Factory have announced that they are working on a highly detailed Pyra figure, the legendary blade known as the Aegis in Xenoblade Chronicles 2.

The 1/7th scale figure has been faithfully converted from illustrations that character designer Masatsugu Saito drew specifically for its production, to see it sit proudly – as the figure manufacturer says – with a powerful and yet beautiful appearance that has been recreated in a dynamic pose.

They add that they have been sure to capture the differences in texture on her design in intricate detail, which you can see in the early production photos below.

The Pyra figure will stand at 210mm in height, has been sculpted by Akimofu, painted by Hajime Akimoto, and will release in December 2018 priced at 18,333 yen (£120) before tax.
