Limited Run Games has confirmed a release date for Gex Trilogy and that the game will receive three physical editions on Nintendo Switch.
This three-in-one collection includes 2D platformer Gex and the two 3D sequels Gex: Enter the Gecko and Gex 3: Deep Cover Gecko. Each has received quality of life improvements such as Rewind and Save Anywhere features.
Gex: Enter the Gecko and Gex 3: Deep Cover Gecko will also support native 16:9 widescreen and have been rebuilt with full 360-degree analogue control for movement.
The three physical editions promise to “live up to the legacy of the tail-whipping Gecko’s glory days.” These are your options:

Gex Trilogy will be released digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 16 June 2025, with physical editions expected to ship “later in 2025.” Pre-orders are now live on the Limited Run Games website until Sunday 6 July 2025.
