Karl Fredriksson has announced that KnifeBoy will release on Nintendo Switch, a 2D Metroidvania game that takes heavy inspiration from Guacamelee!, Axiom Verge and Dark Souls.
After KnifeBoy returns from Hell, he sets out to get his revenge on the person that put him there in the first place.
Set in an “Early Age Steampunk-Universe,” the game is sprinkled with some light-RPG goodness and humour as you explore eight levels, topple bosses, complete side quests and retrieve collectibles.
KnifeBoy will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in Q2 2019.
