Nintendo UK has announced that Nintendo Switch will be playable at Insomnia60, with attendees to be given the chance to play ARMS, Splatoon 2, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

On Sunday 16th April, Nintendo will run The Legend of Zelda themed activities whether that be stage competitions on mini-games found in Link’s open-air adventure, a quiz or the special The Legend of Zelda Cosplay Masquerade that will take place on the Insomnia Expo stage.

These activities will then culminate in The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses, which, as previously announced, marks the first time that an orchestral concert will take place at the festival that evening.

The brand new Nintendo Zone will also have a Nintendo dedicated stage where gameplay demonstrations and spot-tournaments will be held for games such as Ultra Street Fighter 2: The Final Challengers, Snipperclips – Cut it out, together!, 1-2-Switch, Super Bomberman R and more will take place. Each day of the show will host a unique schedule.

Insomnia60 will take place between Friday 14th – Monday 17th April 2017 at The NEC Birmingham and attendees can save 10 percent on all day tickets by using the promo code INSOMNIANINTENDO on the festival’s official website.

Those wanting to attend The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses concert will need to purchase a separate ticket, which is available on the concert tour’s official website.
