Microids has announced that the Gear.Club Unlimited series has “smashed yet another record,” having sold more than one million copies worldwide.
The Eden Games-developed racing series has spawned Gear.Club Unlimited and a sequel in Gear.Club Unlimited 2 on Nintendo Switch, letting you race on courses around mountainsides, through nature parks, across deserts and along coastlines.
“The great results of the Gear.Club Unlimited franchise illustrates the strength of the brand and allows Microids to be confident in the future of the franchise,” explains Microids CEO Stéphane Longeard.
“This new record consolidates our editorial strategy revolving around four pillars: Adventure, racing, retro and strong IPs.”
Gear.Club Unlimited and Gear.Club Unlimited 2 are now available at retail and on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide.
