When not dreaming of lasagne, it would appear that lazy feline Garfield loves nothing more than tearing up the track.
Garfield Kart is on course for Nintendo 3DS later this year, seeing the famous cat competing against other well-known characters from the Garfield Show. With 16 tracks to steer around, Quick Race, Championship, Time Trial and Daily Challenge modes are available to those playing solo, whereas Local Play modes add support for four players.
Worryingly, French publisher Anuman Interactive are porting Garfield Kart across from iOS and Android – the consequence being that it will retail at $29.99, rather than $1.99.
Garfield Kart will launch for Nintendo 3DS in North America on August 11th.
