GAME set to soon exit administration

It would appear that GAME may soon exit administration.

Sources close to the ongoing negotiations claim that a deal that will allow the games specialist retailer to survive is close, MCV reports, and could potentially conclude as early as tomorrow.

Additionally, multiple sources claim that it will be The Royal Bank of Scotland, rather than GameStop or OpCapita, that will take the helm.

This week saw the closure of 277 stores, amounting to a loss of 2,104 jobs (equating to 40% of that retail chain’s workforce).
