PricewaterhouseCooper, who have been appointed as administrators for the ailing GAME Group, have reactivated the company’s Reward Card scheme, allowing consumers to spend accumulated points on pre-owned stock.

This also applies to Gamestation’s Elite Reward Card.

“Your Reward Cards have now been reactivated by the Administrators for redemption against pre-owned stock”, GAME confirmed through social media site Twitter. “This means that points can be earned on all products AND redeemed against pre-owned items as of now. This is only applies to Reward Cards only, at present moment”.

It emerged earlier today that GAME may soon exit administration, with the likelihood that The Royal Bank of Scotland to be the ones to solve their financial woes.
