Bethesda Game Studios has announced that The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition is now available on Nintendo Switch 2.
The Anniversary Edition includes the base game and its three official expansions – Dawnguard, Dragonborn and Hearthfire.
Now ported to Nintendo Switch 2, you can expect “enhanced resolution, improved load times, performance optimisation, Joy-Con 2 mouse support, motion controls, amiibo support and more.”
This also has the exclusive Nintendo content that takes inspiration from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, which includes the Master Sword, Hylian Shield, and Champion’s Tunic.
In addition, you also have access to hundreds of unique Creations Club items, with additional quests, weapons, armour, spells, dungeons and more, helping you to experience the world of Skyrim in your own way.
The game can be purchased for $59.99, whereas those who own The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition for the original Nintendo Switch can download the game for free on Nintendo Switch 2.
Meanwhile, those who own The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim on Nintendo Switch can purchase the Anniversary Upgrade for $19.99 to play on both Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition is now available digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch 2 worldwide.
