Ratalaika Games and UFO Crash Games have announced that FullBlast will release on Nintendo Switch this week, their retro-style vertical shoot ’em up.

Thanks to an alien invasion, mankind is on the verge of extinction. You’re the last hope to save the world and must pilot your powerful fighter to retaliate.

With a story campaign that will challenge you to complete 12 random levels, you will rely on power-ups to defeat alien ships and creatures that cross your path.

You can team up with another player in local co-op, and, aside from three difficulty levels, there are leaderboards to compete on.

FullBlast will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on September 7th, priced at €5.99 ($5.99).
