Forever Entertainment has revealed that Front Mission: 1st Remake is coming to Nintendo Switch, with Front Mission 2: Remake on the way at a “later date.”
This classic tactical JRPG is set in the year 2090, a time when the world’s conflicts are fought using war machines known as Wanzers. Huffman Island, the only place where the Oceania Cooperative Union (O.C.U.) and the Unified Continental States (U.C.S.) share a land border is a hotbed of conflict.
The developer has set out to make a “modern adaptation” of the classic games, now remade with “a modern mode with improved controls” and a fully reorchestrated soundtrack.
