Next week’s T-Mobile Tuesday will see the mobile service provider thank customers with free, unlimited data for Pokémon GO.
On Tuesday 19th July, the company will reward customers with free, unlimited high-speed data when playing Pokémon GO for a full year, free Lyft rides up to $15 to help players travel to a nearby PokéStop or Gym, free Wendy’s Frosty to fuel up for your hunting trip, and 50 percent off select accessories such as portable power packs and chargers at T-Mobile stores.
As well as all of that, 250 people will win $100 worth of PokéCoins, and five people will win a Pokémon GO hunting trip anywhere in the United States for themselves and a guest.
That selection is all geared toward helping players continue to enjoy Niantic’s creation, that is already proving itself to be a cultural phenomenon around the world.
“This is what T-Mobile Tuesday is all about – thanking customers with hot, new, totally free gifts every week, and right now, nothing is hotter than Pokémon GO!” comments T-Mobile president and CEO John Legere.
“With the carriers’ shared data schemes, players could easily burn up the family’s data bucket – and then, hello, overages! At T-Mobile, we’re unleashing Pokémon Go so our customers can play free for a year. It’s gonna be a fantastic T-Mobile Tuesday!”
All new and existing customers will simply need to download the T-Mobile Tuesdays app and claim the free gift, which will be available until Tuesday 9th August.
