Curve Digital and No Brakes Games have announced that a free Human: Fall Flat update will release for Nintendo Switch next month, adding 8-player online multiplayer.

The update, out on August 28th, is the multiplayer mode that was released on Steam last October, and let players create their own lobbies to invite as many as seven friends to flounder through the campaign’s physics-based puzzles together.

To make sure it all goes without a hitch, Curve Digital has turned to Sumo Digital to help create the multiplayer addition for consoles.

“Human: Fall Flat has always been a blast to play by yourself, but bringing your friends into the mix is a real hoot,” explains developer Tomas Sakalauskas.

“You haven’t experienced all that Human: Fall Flat has to offer until you’ve seen seven of your mates awkwardly grope each other, trying to climb a rope. There’s nothing quite like it.”

Human: Fall Flat is now available on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide.
