Epic Games has teased that a Fortnite and Avengers Endgame crossover event will start in the free-to-play battle royale game this week.
“Whatever it takes” is the simple message that accompanies an image of an in-game character carrying Captain America’s vibranium-steel alloy shield.
The only other clue is a Thursday 25th April date, indicating when we can learn more and, presumably, when the event will be live.
This would be the second time that Epic Games has teamed up with Marvel, the first time resulting in the Infinity Gauntlet solo mode.
In that, the first player to collect the Infinity Gem-laden glove in a match would become Thanos, who, with a powerful punch, laser attack, and a huge jump, had to last as long as possible.
Fortnite is now available as a free download on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide.
Whatever it takes.
