Majesco Entertainment, Ultimas and Silver Bullet Studios have confirmed that Geminose: Animal Popstars is coming to Nintendo Switch this month.
You will have the chance to form a band from 10 animal musicians, before setting out on a global journey to achieve pop stardom. There are 20 original songs to perform, the opportunity to master 30 different instruments and you can challenge friends and family in the game’s local multiplayer mode for two players.
There are “hundreds of collectible items” to accumulate, which will let you not only dress up your band members but present the chance to decorate their rooms in a rockstar mansion – arranging and interacting “with every element in the room.”
Away from your musical performances, you can put your skills to the test in mini-games such as Cupcake Samurai or you can head to the mansion’s kitchen to cook up delicious recipes that are inspired by each Geminose’s culture.
Geminose: Animal Popstars will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 18th May, with a physical edition to be made available at retailers on 18th June 2021.
