Thunderful and Dejima have shared a new trailer for Firegirl: Hack ’n Splash Rescue, which is coming to Nintendo Switch next year.
You play as a young female fire rescue officer in this roguelite platformer and must breathe new life into her rundown local fire station.
Armed with your trusty axe and high-pressure fire hose which doubles up as a jetpack, you will be challenged to respond to emergency calls that will see you deal with dangerous procedurally-generated blazes that occur across the city.
You will have three minutes to save all the civilians caught in each blaze – requiring you to chop through obstacles, extinguish pyro-monsters and use your fire hose to boost your jumps to reach otherwise inaccessible areas.
Between missions, you will be able to hang out at the Firehouse, where you can upgrade your equipment and hire new staff to help you prepare for the next fire outbreak.
Firegirl: Hack ‘n Splash Rescue will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in 2022.
