Nearing launch in Japan, today’s Nintendo Direct shared more information about Nintendo 3DS exclusive Fire Emblem If.

More specifically, Nintendo have detailed the game’s ‘My Castle’ feature that will allow you to create and share your own base of operations. This will allow you to designate where to build weapon and item shops and select which of your comrades becomes a salesperson, as well as offering a chance to interact with allies and players that you’ve met through StreetPass.

You can use ‘My Castle’ to visit another player’s base to buy weapons and items that may not be normally available to you, while you can also choose to battle them.

It was also revealed that the Marth, Ike, Robin and Lucina amiibo will be compatible, scanning them seeing them appear in your ‘My Castle’ area where you can interact and challenge them to a battle.

Fire Emblem If will release exclusively for Nintendo 3DS in Japan on June 25th.
