Fire Emblem: Awakening demo set for Nintendo eShop

Nintendo of America have confirmed that a demo for Fire Emblem: Awakening will be made available through the Nintendo eShop on January 17th.

The latest entry within the strategy series takes place in the kingdom of Ylisse, with Lord Chrom, the brother of Ylisse’s Holy Ruler, being the central character. He leads the Shepherds, a band of soldiers that defend the borders from Plegian bandits, and players will create a custom avatar as they fight alongside him as his right-hand man.

Fire Emblem: Awakening releases across North America on February 4th, with a European release in April.
