Final Fantasy 6 and Secret of Mana join Wii U Virtual Console

Japanese Wii U owners can celebrate the arrival of two stellar classics within the role-playing genre this week.

Available through the console’s Virtual Console service, Square Enix have delivered Final Fantasy VI and Secret of Mana – ultimately becoming a double blow to your wallet with each being irresistible purchases.

Players can presumably expect similar upgrades as those already lined up on the digital storefront from Nintendo, including Off-TV Play, control customisation, Miiverse support, and restore point creation.

There’s no confirmation as to if these are planned to join western Nintendo eShop services, but we’re certainly hoping that they’ll at least arrive at some point in the future.
