Famitsu’s Kirby and the Rainbow Curse review rolls in

Japan’s Weekly Famitsu has shared the first review for Wii U exclusive Kirby and the Rainbow Curse, and it’s another strong one.

The magazine’s four-man review team awarded 8, 8, 9 and 9 as their individual scores, allowing HAL Laboratory’s latest to secure itself 35 out of 40. It’s more positive praise for Nintendo, who continue to prove that while the Wii U may not have sparked at retail since launch, it is still delivering some of the most fantastic software available.

Kirby and the Rainbow Curse launches in Japan on January 22nd and in North America on February 13th, releasing in Europe as Kirby and the Rainbow Paintbrush during Q3 2015.
