Weekly Famitsu has published their Metroid: Samus Returns review within the Japanese gaming magazine’s illustrious pages this week.

That has seen their Cross Review, a panel that is comprised of four reviewers that each provides their own individual score, award the Nintendo 3DS exclusive with 32 out of a maximum possible score of 40 – which, broken down, was four separate 8 scores.

The publication also reviewed Piczle Lines DX on Nintendo Switch (28/40), as well as Kid Tripp Run (27/40) and Symphony of Eternity (24/40) on Nintendo 3DS. Their highest scoring game in this week’s issue was Uncharted: The Lost Legacy on PlayStation 4, which was awarded 37/40.

Metroid: Samus Returns will release exclusively for Nintendo 3DS worldwide on September 15th.
