NIS America and YummyYummyTummy have confirmed release dates for Fallen Legion Revenants on Nintendo Switch.

This upcoming action RPG is the sequel to the duology, Fallen Legion: Sins of an Empire and Fallen Legion: Flames of Rebellion.

The world has been covered in miasma, meaning that a floating castle has become the last refuge for mankind.

While Welkin Castle is quarantined from the horrors that lurk below it, the Earth has been scarred with beasts that have been mutated by the plague.

Fallen Legion Revenants will centre upon Lucien, who is described as “a charismatic politician protected in the castle walls.” He discovered an ancient book from which he learns about the Exemplars, weapons that can be turned into sentient soldiers.

He will team up with Rowena, a revenant who wishes to find a way to come back to life and raise her living son – the two characters making a pact to overthrow the mad tyrant who controls Welkin.

You will swap between influencing the events in the castle through your dialogue choices as Lucien, and testing your reflexes and tactical prowess in real-time battles in the wasteland below as the vengeful Rowena.

Fallen Legion Revenants will release at retail and on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in North America on 16th February, Europe on 19th February and across Oceania on 27th February 2021.
