Idea Factory International and Ghostlight have announced that Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force will release on Nintendo Switch.
The Nintendo Switch port, which Ghostlight will publish in Europe and Australia with Idea Factory International handling North America, will have all the changes that were made to the previous PlayStation 4 and PC versions, and will include all downloadable content that has been released.
You can now have as many as six characters on the battlefield at a time, doubling both the fairies and fencing – three new difficulty settings helping you to balance gameplay in Easy, Normal and Hard.
Long ago, the Goddess and the Vile God fought in an ancient conflict where they created weapons imbued with their godly energy that contained the life force of a fairy. Eventually sealing each other away into the great unknown, time has since passed and their weapons have been scattered across the world.
Warriors who call themselves Fencers now scavenge the world for the weapons – known as Furies – as it is said that whoever collects one will be granted one wish. And, when Fang pulls one from a stone, he inadvertently becomes a Fencer and forever alters the course of his destiny.
Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch in Fall 2018, priced at $39.99.
