RedDeer.Games and Wallride have announced EleMetals: Death Metal Death Match will release on Nintendo Switch “later this year.”
Pitched as “an epic blast of demonic, local multiplayer chaos,” up to four players will be challenged to evade danger to survive.
Expect to die a lot, however. But even death isn’t necessarily the end, as you can return your soul to your corpse – although that objective will become more complex with each death. If your soul leaves the Realm, you’ll be kicked out of the arena. Simple.
The publisher has outlined the game’s key features as below:
- unique dash mechanics;
- lots of difficult challenges;
- 6 demonic metalhead characters;
- epic and intense fights;
- 30 challenging levels across three deadly realms;
- reactive metal sound effects created by Fat Bard.
