Broken Rules has announced that Old Man’s Journey will release on Nintendo Switch, a soul-searching puzzle adventure that tells a story of life, loss, reconciliation, and hope.
Exploring whimsical landscapes with hand-drawn art and frame-by-frame animations, players will embark on what the developer describes as a heartfelt journey interwoven with lighthearted and pressure-free puzzle solving.
The “compact gameplay experience” will see players explore life’s complexities through an old man’s eyes, uncovering the stories of his life that are told through vignettes that explore his memories.
That will let you witness life’s precious moments, broken dreams, and changed plans, interacting with the environment to solve puzzles to change the landscape and create the old man’s path forward.
Old Man’s Journey will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in 2018.
