Nintendo has announced that exclusive items for Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer can be unlocked by using the Nintendo Zone service at GAME.
From Friday 9th October 2015 – 9th January 2016, those that visit their local store will be able to receive 24-hour-shop furniture including special walls, counters and other items.
The only requirement to receive the items is that players must have completed Carrie’s request before they can access the content. Then, while in a Nintendo Zone location at GAME, when playing Happy Home Designer head upstairs in Nook’s Homes office and face the Nintendo 3DS on the office desk and press the A Button.
Players will receive an explanation about special design requests, so reply by saying “Yes, please!” to receive the request. From here, listen to Filly’s request and accept it, after which you will see that the 24-hour-shop furniture has been added to the catalogue.
Nintendo promise that new items will be added each week, so prepare for repeat visits!
