Nnooo have announced that escapeVektor will soon see release across Japan, to be published by Arc System Works in the region.
We fell in love with the retro-styled arcade game, which sees players control Vektor, an entity trapped inside the player’s CPU as you aid his escape.
“We were approached by a few Japanese publishers earlier in the year, all keen to release escapeVektor in Japan,” Nnooo’s business and marketing director Bruce Thomson explains. “They all thought the game would resonate with Japanese gamers.
“It’s great to see escapeVector become accessible to a whole new market,” said Thomson. “We’ve also recently reduced the price of the game permanently across existing territories so we hope many more people will pick it up over the upcoming holiday period.”
escapeVektor will release for 3DS through the Nintendo eShop on Wednesday 11th December, priced at 700 yen.
