Apogee Entertainment and Wreckit Games have confirmed a release window for their open-world adventure game Elements on Nintendo Switch.

Set in Elemythia, which is described as being “a vast, verdant land of sword, sorcery and secrets,” eight enchanted Elemental Stones hold the key to saving Nyah – who will be voiced by Patricia Summersett, the actress behind Princess Zelda in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity – and Beckett’s home.

Playing as either sibling in solo or drop-in co-op, you must reclaim the Elemental Stones – each holding the power of Light, Dark, Fire, Water, Ice, Nature, Earth and Air – from the powerful guardians who wield them for their own selfish purposes.

That adventure will see you climb snowy mountains, swim deep beneath the surface of glimmering lakes, brave fiery plains and battle roaming monsters that cross your path. Each Elemental Stone that you recover will bestow you with legendary gear while crafting equipment will enhance your combat strength.

When you’re seeking a slower-paced experience, you can choose to build your homestead – farming, storing items or simply taking time to relax from the hardships of your adventure.

“Elements is a deeply personal project for me. I’ve always dreamed of a massive co-op adventure I could play with my kids, and the support we’ve received to make that dream a reality is very humbling,” explains Wreckit Games founder Devon Parsons.

“While we have reached beyond our wildest funding goals, there is still time to join in on this amazing project and add your voice to the development process. This is only the tip of the iceberg, and we hope to share the journey with even more backers during the final week of crowdfunding. We can’t wait to reveal more of what we have in store.”

Elements will release digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in Q4 2025.
