Koei Tecmo Games and Omega Force have announced that Dynasty Warriors 9 Empires is in development for Nintendo Switch.
This upcoming “strategic battle experience” was revealed to coincide with Tokyo Game Show 2020 Online, at which the publisher also shared news about an upcoming Dynasty Warriors mobile game.
Those in Japan can apply for the chance to participate in a Closed Beta that will run from Thursday 8th – Monday 12th October. Whether there are any plans to release the mobile game around the world is unclear.
Dynasty Warriors 9 Empires will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in early 2021.
