Manager Games and Red Dev Studio have confirmed a release date for Drill Deal: Oil Tycoon on Nintendo Switch.
A2 Softworks has worked to combine “economic strategy, simulation and base building,” challenging you to manage a drilling platform, extract raw materials while tackling threats and build your own mining empire.
Created with voxel graphics and promising “a humorous atmosphere and varied gameplay,” you must develop new technologies, manage your employees and respond to crises.
“Drill Deal: Oil Tycoon is unique not only because of its charming art style, but also a well-balanced and varied gameplay experience,” explains Manager Games CEO Tomasz Sobiecki. “It’s an economy management strategy game which may appeal to players who enjoy such titles as Two Point Hospital, Factory Town, and Prison Architect.”
The publisher has outlined the game’s key features, which include:
- managing and developing a drilling platform;
- managing mining, technologies, and employees;
- voxel graphics;
- 8 varied story scenarios;
- feature-rich sandbox mode;
- event and expedition system;
- no less than a dozen hours of fun.
Drill Deal: Oil Tycoon will release digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 7th April 2023.
