Universal Games and Digital Platforms and Outright Games have shared a gameplay trailer for DreamWorks Dragons: Legends of the Nine Realms, which is coming to Nintendo Switch.
From developer aheartfulofgames, you will have the chance to unleash your inner dragon and fly beyond the Hidden World on a fiery adventure to rescue Thunder’s family and, ultimately, save the dragon kingdoms.
Feeling the wind against your scales as you soar and dive through unexplored realms, you must use your speed, tail and claws to defeat the enemies and gigantic dragon bosses that stand in your way.
You will also be able to level up Thunder and his friends, unlocking access to new skills and powers that you will need to restore peace to the interconnected realms of ice, fire, darkness and beyond.
The publisher has outlined the game’s key features as below:
- Be A Dragon: Experience the freedom of flight and the power of Thunder and his friends;
- Fly To New Realms: Explore the realms in search of Thunder’s family;
- Build Your Character: Level up your dragon for speed, strength, or intelligence as your experience grows;

DreamWorks Dragons: Legends of the Nine Realms will release at retail and digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 23rd September 2022.
