Square Enix has released a new trailer for Dragon Quest: Your Story, a computer-animated movie based on Dragon Quest V: Hand of the Heavenly Bride. The game was first released for the Super Famicom in 1992 and went on to receive ports on PlayStation 2, Nintendo DS, iOS, and Android.

Siliconera reports that the movie has the three generations of heroes that were in the game. The voice cast stars Takeru Satou as Luku, with Kasumi Arimura as Bianca, Haru as Nera, Kentarou Sakaguchi as Prince Harry, and Takayuki Yamada as Pankraz.

Kouichi Sugiyama has returned to compose the accompanying soundtrack, which, as the trailer reveals, the Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra has performed.

Dragon Quest: Your Story will open at cinemas in Japan from August 2nd.
