Headup Games, Graffiti Games and 13AM Games have announced that Double Cross will release on Nintendo Switch next week.
In the action-adventure game, you play as Regulators of Interdimensional Frontiers and Technology (RIFT) agent Zahra Sinclair.
When RIFT headquarters are attacked, you must travel between dimensions to gather clues to identify who was behind it and save the multiverse.
That will see you use the Proton Slinger to sling, swing, and fight in each level, the mechanic letting you grab and throw objects and enemies alike.
“Double Cross features a robust investigation system that challenges players to find clues throughout their interdimensional travels and uncover the identity of R.I.F.T.’s mysterious attacker,” explains 13AM Games CEO Alex Rushdy.
“It’s much more than simply finding a clue, as you’ll need to take evidence to the correct R.I.F.T. agent for examination. This gives the game elements of a visual novel that adds layers of depth to the game.”
Double Cross will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on January 10th.
