Phoenixx and Bandai Namco Studios have confirmed a release date for their “casual-yet-mischievous mess-making adventure game” Doronko Wanko on Nintendo Switch.
In this game, you play as a cute, innocent pomeranian and must unleash the rascal within to do all you can to make your owner’s home as messy and dirty as possible.
Roll around in nearby puddles, tippy-tap into clean areas of the house, then shake-shake-shake to splatter muddy mayhem in every direction and rack up a six-figure housekeeping bill.
You can hop on kitchen countertops, run across shelves and into different rooms to paint a multi-coloured “messterpiece” by knocking over staining liquids like tomato juice, wine, coffee, ink and paint before you are discovered.
There’s even the chance to “snoot-boop” power buttons of nearby appliances, such as robot vacuums and fans, to fling muck even further than any floofer’s tiny toe beans could ever touch.
“Everyone wants to escape reality and cause a little chaos sometimes! Doronko Wanko’s easy pickup-and-play-as-a-puppy nature is a perfect fit for the Nintendo Switch’s portability,” the publisher explains. “We look forward to welcoming even more dog lovers of all ages looking to let loose on the go!”
Doronko Wanko will be released digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 23 July 2025.
