Serenity Forge and Team Salvato have announced that Doki Doki Literature Club Plus! has now released on Nintendo Switch.
The critically-acclaimed psychological horror game welcomes you “to a terrifying world of poetry and romance,” where you can write poems for your crush and erase any mistakes that you may make on your way to reaching your perfect ending.
Playing as the game’s main character, you reluctantly join the Literature Club in search of a romantic interest. With every poem that you write and every choice that you make, you will be able to charm your crush and “unfold the horrors of school romance.”
This “Plus!” version has added six new side stories about friendship and literature, more than 100 unlockable images (such as new game art, wallpapers, never-before-seen concept sketches and more), 13 all-new unlockable songs by Nikki Kaelar plus special guests Jason Hayes and Azuria Sky, a Doki Doki Literature Club music player that lets you listen to the game’s soundtrack and “a high-fidelity visual upgrade with all artwork now in Full HD (1080p).”
Doki Doki Literature Club Plus! is now available on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide.
