Disney Interactive have announced that they will release a Disney Infinity: Toy Box Starter Pack (2.0 Edition) this November, supplementing the Marvel Super Heroes Pack launching next month.
This will be a specially-themed Disney set complete with Merida and Stitch characters, although risks confusion at retail where unsuspecting parents may not know that that Starter Pack doesn’t come with a core Play Set. It still has everything to get youngsters going though – the Infinity Base, Power Discs, Merida and Stitch – and is, of course, compatible with all other Disney Infinity content.
Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes (2.0 Edition) will release for Wii U across Europe and Australia on September 18th, the UK on September 19th, and North America on September 23rd.
The Disney Infinity: Toy Box Starter Pack (2.0 Edition) will follow on November 4th across North America priced at $59.99, with participating retailers offering one free Disney Infinity figure to those that pre-order.
