Digimon World Re:Digitize Decode will release across Japan on June 27th, Gematsu report.
Details regarding the Nintendo 3DS title emerged from the latest issue of Japanese magazine V-Jump, in which it was confirmed that the game will star a new character, Rina Shinomiya (voiced by Haruka Tomatsu).
She appears within the Digital World, alongside her partner Digimon Veemon, after a space-time continuum suddenly opens, and shortly after meets the game’s protagonist.
Alongside this the magazine detailed the “Scheming Demon King” narrative, which is a new chapter that has been added to the Nintendo 3DS version. Within, Daemon, Lilithmon, Belphemon, Beelzemon, Lucemon FD and Leviamon have all been awoken by Barbaramon, who seeks to take over the Digital World.
