The line between life and death will soon become razor-thin, with NIS America having announced plans to bring Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker to Europe later this year.

Record Breaker’s world lies on the brink of non-existence, after thrill-seekers registered on a website that had promised to deliver fake videos of their friends being killed. As everyone was left wondering about what the videos could mean, an invasion began and humanity struggled to survive the unprecedented catastrophe.

It’s down to you to stand up for humanity, when the same website uploads an application to your party’s cell phones that lets you summon demons. As new demon tamers you will fight to survive, but every decision will have a consequence – saving the lives of your friends, or sealing their fate.

Record Breaker expands on the original Devil Survivor 2’s content by doubling the storyline, adding Miyako Hotsuin’s mystery to unravel, and bringing the game to life with fully voiced English dialogue.

Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker will release exclusively for Nintendo 3DS in Europe later this year, and will release in North America on May 5th.
