Serving as a prequel for the stylish action series, Dante’s origin story explores the events that led up to the demon hunter battling his twin brother Vergil, who wants to unlock a gate to the demonic realm.
Wielding his trademark sword Rebellion and dual pistols Ebony and Ivory, Dante must prevent the world from becoming infested by demons.
Continuing the series’ trademark for “intense, non-stop action with flair,” Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition introduces the new “style” based combat system – with six selectable options such as Swordmaster and Gunslinger.
It also presents the chance to play as Vergil, as well as to tackle the 9,999 floors that await you in the Bloody Palace survival mode.
Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 20th February 2020, priced at £15.99 ($19.99).
