The Pokémon Company has announced that Detective Pikachu will receive a worldwide release, exclusively for Nintendo 3DS.
This action-adventure game will see players take on the role of young Tim Goodman, exploring Ryme City with his gruff, coffee-drinking and talkative partner Pikachu.
They team up to investigate the disappearance of Tim’s father and must hunt for clues, talk to witnesses, and uncover the city’s secrets to do so.
There is also a special Detective Pikachu amiibo, too, which is larger than a standard amiibo. When scanned in the game, it will unlock short videos that may reveal some helpful hints for your investigation.
Detective Pikachu will release exclusively for Nintendo 3DS worldwide on March 23rd.
