Outright Games and Stage Clear Studios have revealed that Ryan’s Rescue Squad is coming to Nintendo Switch.
10-year-old Ryan is a top creator on YouTube, with his channel Ryan’s World having more than 31 million subscribers and receiving over one billion views per month. His Ryan’s World universe covers everything from toys to toothbrushes, and now, for the second time, continues to expand on Nintendo Switch.
After Ryan’s friends are kidnapped by evil Dark Titan, Robo Combo and Packrat, you are the only hero that can set out on a quest to rescue them. You can choose to play as Ryan, Combo Panda, Alpha Lexa or Gus the Gummy Gator, and team up with a friend or family member in the game’s local two-player mode.
With help from fan-favourite Ryan’s World characters, while exploring worlds based on Toys, Pirates, Space and the Prehistoric era, you will be able to use Gill’s Barrels, Moe’s Spaceship, Peck’s Slime and even ride on a giant Shelldon to stun and defeat your enemies.
The Sun Coins and Surprise Eggs that you collect can be used to unlock new shop items or to customise your character with alien hats, gamer gear and more. Meanwhile, there are also minigames such as Spaceship Flight and The Floor Is Lava to keep you occupied outside of the main adventure.
Ryan’s Rescue Squad will release at retail and on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 4th March 2022.
