505 Games has revealed Zangetsu for Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, a new playable character that will be released as free downloadable content.
You can use his chain hook to traverse the gothic horror-action side-scrolling RPG, swinging the deadly Zangetsuto katana and devastating elemental talisman magic to defeat your enemies.
“Zangetsu’s vengeance against the demons of hell is a raging inferno that knows no peace. Play as the demon hunter samurai in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, FREE after launch!” the publisher explains.

Set in 18th century England, a paranormal force has summoned a demon-infested castle that reveals crystal shards that have been infused with tremendous magical power.
You play as Miriam, an orphan left scarred by an alchemist curse that slowly crystallizes her body. To save humanity and herself, she must fight her way through the castle to defeat the summoner Gebel and his countless minions and bosses.
Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on June 25th, and at retail on June 28th.
