THQ Nordic and Gunfire Games have revealed that Darksiders III is coming to Nintendo Switch.
The hack ‘n’ slash action-adventure game will hit the portable home console bundled with both the Keepers of the Void and The Crucible downloadable content.
Returning to an apocalyptic Earth, you play as Fury who sets out on a quest to hunt down and defeat the Seven Deadly Sins. It is the Charred Council that calls upon her to “battle from the heights of heaven down through the depths of hell,” in working to restore the balance between good and evil while proving that she is the fiercest of the Four Horsemen.
As a mage, her form will evolve throughout gameplay and with it, her powers and weaponry as you battle otherworldly creatures as you explore “an open-ended, living, free-form planet Earth, dilapidated by war and decay, and overrun by nature.”
Darksiders III will release at retail and on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 30th September 2021.
