The omens are unmistakable. Darkness approaches. The Pokémon Company has released a new story trailer for upcoming Nintendo 3DS exclusives, Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon.
Within, we see Professor Kukui share that a long, long time ago, Alola was cloaked in darkness and that it was Alola’s people and Pokémon that blasted all the darkness away with light.
Now Necrozma, who wields light to its will, threatens to steal all of the Alola region’s light – a looming disaster that seems to be the reason behind why the Ultra Recon Squad suddenly appear from another world to investigate.
Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon will release exclusively for Nintendo 3DS worldwide on November 17th.
