Taito has announced that Darius Cozmic Collection will release on Nintendo Switch, marking the resurrection of their arcade shoot ’em up series.
The compilation will come in both a Standard Edition for 5,200 yen excl. tax (£35) and a snazzier special edition for 16,800 yen excl. tax (£120), that will throw in five more games released across the Super Famicom, SEGA Master System, Mega Drive and PC Engine.
The Standard Edition will come with these four games:
- Darius (Arcade)
- Darius II (Arcade)
- Sagaia (Arcade)
- Darius Gaiden (Arcade)
Whereas the special edition will come with bonuses such as a CD with special music arrangements from the series, an art book and an acrylic stand, as well as these nine games:
- Darius (Arcade)
- Darius II (Arcade)
- Sagaia (Arcade)
- Darius Gaiden (Arcade)
- Darius Twin (Super Famicom)
- Darius Force (Super Famicom)
- Sagaia (SEGA Master System)
- Darius II (Mega Drive)
- Darius Alpha (PC Engine)
Darius Cozmic Collection will release exclusively for Nintendo Switch in Japan on 28th February 2019.
