Arc System Works has confirmed a release date for its action-adventure game DAMON and BABY on Nintendo Switch.
The developer has looked to deliver a new type of action game that fuses exploration within an expansive world with secrets and a recurring home base, with “highly technical” twin-stick shooting that grants access to a wide range of weapons.
The game’s story will progress as you alternate between exploration in different areas and receiving character enhancements at your base.
In battle, you can use handguns for close-range attacks, machine guns for long-range attacks and skills that Damon has the chance to obtain along his journey. Each stage will also have a boss battle that will require a strategic approach for you to overcome.
There is also support for local co-op multiplayer, where the second player will take control of Damon’s canine companion to help him in combat.
DAMON and BABY will be released digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 26 March 2026.
